Google News Down: याआधी अनेकवेळा फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्रामसारखे सोशल मिडिया डाऊन झाल्याच्या बातम्या आल्या आहेत, मात्र आज चक्क गुगल न्यूज डाऊन झाले. अनेक लोकांनी आज, 31 मे रोजी X (पूर्वीचे ट्वीटर) वर गुगल न्यूज सर्च टॅब बंद असून, ते कोणतेही परिणाम दाखवत नसल्याबद्दल तक्रार केली. मायक्रोब्लॉगिंग साइटवर अनेक लोकांनी, गुगल न्यूज सर्च बंद पडले आहे का? अशी विचारणा केली. वापरकर्त्याने असेही म्हटले की, सर्च करताना कोणतेही परिणाम दिसत नाहीत. दुसऱ्या एका वापरकर्त्याने सांगितले की, ‘गुगल न्यूज टॅब’ मध्ये सर्च केले असता काहीही रिझल्ट्स दिसत नाहीत. वापरकर्त्यांनी गुगल न्यूज डाऊन झाल्याबद्दल तक्रार करण्यास सुरुवात केल्यामुळे, #GoogleNews X वर ट्रेंड व्हायला सुरुवात झाली.
