इंग्लंडने टी-20 विश्वचषक स्पर्धेसाठी आपल्या 15 सदस्यीय संघाची घोषणा केली आहे. वेगवान गोलंदाज टायमल मिल्स संघात परतला आहे तर बेन स्टोक्स अनुपलब्ध राहणार आहे कारण त्याने त्याच्या मानसिक आरोग्याला प्राधान्य दिले. वर्ल्ड इलेव्हनचा एक भाग म्हणून मिल्स 2018 मध्ये शेवटचा टी-20 सामना खेळला होता आणि इंग्लंडसाठी त्याने फेब्रुवारी 2017 मध्ये बेंगलोर येथे भारताविरुद्ध टी-20 मध्ये खेळला.
