'माफीची रात्र' म्हणून ओळकल्या जाणारी शब-ए-बरात मुंबई येथील मरीन लाईन्स बडा कब्रस्तान येथे पाळली जात आहे. ही रात्र इस्लामिक कॅलेंडरमधील आठव्या महिन्याच्या शाबानच्या 14 व्या आणि 15 व्या रात्री पाळली जाते. शब-ए-बरात, ज्याला बारा रात्र किंवा माफीची रात्र म्हणूनही ओळखले जाते.
'माफीची रात्र' म्हणून ओळकल्या जाणारी शब-ए-बरात मुंबई येथील मरीन लाईन्स बडा कब्रस्तान येथे पाळली जात आहे. ही रात्र इस्लामिक कॅलेंडरमधील आठव्या महिन्याच्या शाबानच्या 14 व्या आणि 15 व्या रात्री पाळली जाते. शब-ए-बरात, ज्याला बारा रात्र किंवा माफीची रात्र म्हणूनही ओळखले जाते, हा इस्लामिक कॅलेंडरचा आठवा महिना असलेल्या शाबान महिन्याच्या 15 व्या रात्री मुस्लिमांद्वारे साजरा केला जाणारा धार्मिक उत्सव आहे. असे मानले जाते की या रात्री, अल्लाह (देव) क्षमा मागणार्यांच्या पापांची क्षमा करतो आणि त्यांना आशीर्वाद आणि दया देतो.
