Palghar Lynching Case: पालघरमधील साधूंच्या हत्येचा तपास सीबीआय करणार, महाराष्ट्र सरकारची सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात माहिती

Palghar Lynching Case महाराष्ट्रातील पालघरमध्ये (Palghar) दोन साधू आणि त्यांच्या चालकाच्या हत्येचा तपास महाराष्ट्र सरकार सीबीआयकडे (CBI) सोपवणार आहे. राज्य सरकारने ही माहिती सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाला (Supreme Court Of India) दिली आहे. यानंतर सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने याचिकेवरील सुनावणी बंद केली. 2020 मध्ये या घटनेचा तपास सीबीआयकडे सोपवण्याच्या मागणीसाठी दोन याचिका प्रलंबित होत्या. त्याला आधीच्या उद्धव ठाकरे (Uddhav Thackeray) सरकारने विरोध केला होता. आता नवीन शिंदे सरकारने (Shinde Govt.) तपास सीबीआयकडे सोपवण्याचे सांगितले आहे.
