प्रतिवादयांमध्ये 14 आमदार, सभापती राहुल नार्वेकर आणि महाराष्ट्र विधिमंडळ सचिवालय यांचा समावेश आहे. 8 फेब्रुवारी पर्यंत त्यांना निकाल द्यायचा आहे.
विधानसभा अध्यक्षांनी अपात्रतेच्या प्रकरणामध्ये उबाठा च्या 14 आमदारांना अपात्र न ठरवल्याप्रकरणी शिंदे गट उच्च न्यायालयामध्ये गेले आहे. त्यावरील सुनावणी दरम्यान मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने ठकारे गटाला नोटीस पाठवली आहे. तसेच सभापती राहुल नार्वेकर यांच्यासह प्रतिवादींना 8 फेब्रुवारीपर्यंत उत्तर दाखल करण्यास सांगण्यात आले आहे. प्रतिवादयांमध्ये 14 आमदार, सभापती राहुल नार्वेकर आणि महाराष्ट्र विधिमंडळ सचिवालय यांचा समावेश आहे.
