पंतप्रधान मोदी आणि कायदामंत्र्यांना मी अनेकदा सांगतो की निर्णय काहीही असला तरी निर्णय देण्याचा अधिकार हा फक्त न्यायपालिकेचा आहे, असे केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी म्हणाले.
केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी (Nitin Gadkari) यांनी देशातील न्यायव्यस्थेबाबत एक खळबळजनक विधान केलं आहे. नागपूर (Nagpur) मधील राष्ट्रीय न्याय विद्यापीठात (National Law University) बोलत असताना नितीन गडकरी म्हणाले, पंतप्रधान मोदी (PM Modi) आणि कायदामंत्र्यांना मी अनेकदा सांगतो की निर्णय काहीही असला तरी निर्णय देण्याचा अधिकार हा फक्त न्यायपालिकेचा आहे. त्यामुळे न्यायपालिकेकडून (Judicial System) देण्यात येणाऱ्या कुठल्याही निर्णयावर कोणाचाही प्रभाव पडू नये.
