UCPMP: केंद्र सरकारने यूसीपीएमपीसाठी एक समान संहिता अधिसूचित केली; आता फार्मा कंपनीद्वारे कोणत्याही आरोग्यसेवा व्यावसायिकाला कोणतीही भेट दिली जाणार नाही
फार्मा कंपन्या/प्रतिनिधींनी कोणत्याही आरोग्यसेवा व्यावसायिक/कुटुंब सदस्यांना रोख किंवा आर्थिक अनुदान देऊ नये. यासह, औषधे लिहून देण्यास पात्र नसलेल्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला औषधांचे मोफत नमुने पुरवले जाणार नाहीत.
केंद्र सरकारने फार्मास्युटिकल मार्केटिंग प्रॅक्टिसेससाठी (UCPMP) एकसमान संहिता अधिसूचित केली आहे. यामध्ये म्हटले आहे- कोणत्याही फार्मा कंपनी/एजंट/वितरक/घाऊक विक्रेते/किरकोळ विक्रेत्यांद्वारे कोणत्याही आरोग्यसेवा व्यावसायिक/कुटुंब सदस्याच्या वैयक्तिक फायद्यासाठी कोणतीही भेटवस्तू नये.
कोणत्याही फार्मा कंपनी/एजंट/वितरक, घाऊक विक्रेते, किरकोळ विक्रेते यांच्याकडून औषधे लिहून देण्यासाठी किंवा पुरवठा करण्यास पात्र असलेल्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला कोणताही आर्थिक फायदा किंवा तत्सम प्रकारचा लाभ देऊ.
फार्मा कंपनी/प्रतिनिधींनी, आरोग्यसेवा व्यावसायिक/कुटुंबातील सदस्यांना रेल्वे, हवाई, जहाज, क्रूझ तिकिटे, सशुल्क सुट्ट्या इत्यादींसह देशात किंवा देशाबाहेर प्रवास सुविधा देय नये.
फार्मा कंपन्यांनी आरोग्य सेवा व्यावसायिक वक्ता नसेल, तर त्यांना परिषद, सेमिनार, कार्यशाळेत सहभागी होण्यासाठी प्रवासी सुविधा देऊ नये.
फार्मा कंपन्या/प्रतिनिधींनी आरोग्यसेवा व्यावसायिक/कुटुंबातील सदस्यांना हॉटेलमध्ये राहणे, महागडे जेवण किंवा रिसॉर्ट निवास यासारख्या आदरातिथ्याचा विस्तार करू नये.
फार्मा कंपन्या/प्रतिनिधींनी कोणत्याही आरोग्यसेवा व्यावसायिक/कुटुंब सदस्यांना रोख किंवा आर्थिक अनुदान देऊ नये. यासह, औषधे लिहून देण्यास पात्र नसलेल्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला औषधांचे मोफत नमुने पुरवले जाणार नाहीत.
