अंबरनाथ स्थानकावर कर्जत लोकलमध्ये चढताना एक वृद्ध महिला फलाटावर पडली. कर्तव्यावर असलेल्या टीसी अविनाश कुमार आणि श्यामू यांनी ही महिला फलाटावर पडताना पाहताच ते तातडीने तिच्याकडे झेपावले. सदर महिला ट्रेनखाली जाणार इतक्यात त्यांनी तिला बाहेर खेचले. ज्यामुळे तिचे प्राण वाचले.
