मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय, इंदूर खंडपीठाने अलीकडेच भारतातील आंतरधर्मीय जोडप्यांना भेडसावणाऱ्या अडचणी आणि त्यांचे विवाह सोहळा पार पाडण्यासाठी त्यांना येणाऱ्या सामाजिक आव्हानांचा पुनरुच्चार केला आहे.
मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय, इंदूर खंडपीठाने अलीकडेच भारतातील आंतरधर्मीय जोडप्यांना भेडसावणाऱ्या अडचणी आणि त्यांचे विवाह सोहळा पार पाडण्यासाठी त्यांना येणाऱ्या सामाजिक आव्हानांचा पुनरुच्चार केला आहे. न्यायमूर्ती विवेक रुसिया यांचा समावेश असलेल्या खंडपीठाने नोंदवलेल्या निरीक्षणानुसार, आंतरधर्मीय विवाहाचे नियमन करणारी कायदेशीर चौकट गुंतागुंतीची आहे आणि जोडप्यांना अनेक कायदेशीर अडथळ्यांना सामोरे जावे लागते. त्यांनी बनावट प्रमाणपत्रावरून आंतरधर्मीय जोडप्याविरुद्ध फसवणूकीचा एफआयआर रद्द केला आहे.
