DK Shivakumar Money Laundering Case: डीके शिवकुमार यांना मनी लाँड्रिंग प्रकरणात सुप्रीम कोर्टाकडून दिलासा
शिवकुमार यांच्या घरावर टाकलेल्या छाप्यात तब्बल 300 कोटी जप्त करण्यात आले होते. मात्र, आता सुप्रीम कोर्टाने डीके शिवकुमार यांच्यावरील मनी लाँड्रिंग प्रकरण रद्द केलं आहे.
डी.के. शिवकुमार यांच्याविरोधातील मनी लाँड्रिंग प्रकरण सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने रद्द केलं आहे. 2019 मध्ये ईडीकडून शिवकुमार यांना मनी लाँड्रिंग प्रकरणात अटकही करण्यात आली होती. याशिवाय शिवकुमार यांच्या घरावर टाकलेल्या छाप्यात तब्बल 300 कोटी जप्त करण्यात आले होते. मात्र, आता सुप्रीम कोर्टाने डीके शिवकुमार यांच्यावरील मनी लाँड्रिंग प्रकरण रद्द केलं आहे.
