राऊस अवेन्यू कोर्टाने सिसोदिया यांचा जामीन फेटाळल्यानंतर त्यांनी उच्च न्यायलायात धाव घेतली होती.
दिल्लीचे माजी उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया यांना दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाकडून आज दिलासा मिळाला आहे. आजारी पत्नीला आठवड्यातून एकदा भेटण्याची परवानगी कोर्टाकडून देण्यात आली आहे. राऊस अवेन्यू कोर्टाने सिसोदिया यांचा जामीन फेटाळल्यानंतर त्यांनी उच्च न्यायलायात धाव घेतली होती. कोर्टाने ED आणि CBI ला नोटीस पाठवून या प्रकरणी उत्तर देखील म्हटले आहे.
