Gyanvapi case: अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाने Varanasi मधील मशिदीत ASI survey करण्यास दिली परवानगी
ज्ञानवापी कॅम्पसमधील प्लॉट नंबर 9130 सील करण्याची मागणी करणारी जनहित याचिका (पीआयएल) बुधवारी अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयात दाखल करण्यात आली होती.
अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाने ASI survey ला आता परवानगी दिली आहे. त्यांनी मुस्लिम पक्षकारांच्या बाजूने सर्वेक्षण रोखण्यासाठी करण्यात आलेली याचिक फेटाळली आहे. कोर्टाने यामध्ये scientific survey आवश्यक असल्याचं मत बोलून दाखवले आहे. ज्ञानवापी कॅम्पसमधील प्लॉट नंबर 9130 सील करण्याची मागणी करणारी जनहित याचिका (पीआयएल) बुधवारी अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयात दाखल करण्यात आली. या जनहित याचिकामध्ये म्हटले आहे की, सर्वेक्षणात आढळलेली चिन्हे (त्रिशूल, कमळ आणि स्वस्तिक) यांना धक्का बसू नये म्हणून हिंदू नसलेल्यांना तिथे प्रवेश नाकारण्यात यावा.
