आशियाई क्रीडा स्पर्धेत भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट संघाने सुवर्णपदकाची कमाई केली आहे. या  सामन्यात भारताने प्रथम फलंदाजी करताना निर्धारित 20 षटकात सात विकेटच्या मोबदल्यात 116 धावांपर्यंत मजल मारली. भारताकडून स्मृती मंधाना आणि जेमिमा रॉड्रिग्स यांनी शानदार खेळी केली. श्रीलंकेला विजयासाठी 117 धावांचे आव्हान दिले होते. पंरतू श्रीलंकेच्या संघाने निर्धारीत 20 षटकांत 97 धावांच करु शकल्यांने त्यांचा 19 धावांनी पराभव झाला आहे. भारताकडून तितास साधु ने 3 तर राजेश्वरी गायकवाडने 2 विकेट घेतल्या
