27, 28 जानेवारीला रात्री गुजरातच्या गांधीनगरमध्ये फिल्मफेअर पुरस्कारांची घोषणा झाली. या रंगारंग सोहळ्यात अनेक बॉलिवूड सेलिब्रिटी सहभागी झाले होते. द काश्मिर फाईल्स फेम विवेक अग्निहोत्रींनी फिल्मफेअर पुरस्कारांवर टिकास्त्र सोडलं आहे. विवेक अग्निहोत्रींनी ट्विट केलंय की, "सिनेसृष्टीतील सर्वोत्कृष्ट व्यक्तींसह संपूर्ण बॉलीवूडला फिल्मफेअर ॲवॉर्ड्समध्ये सहभाग घेण्यात काही विचित्र वाटत नाही, याचा मला जास्त त्रास होतो. ॲवॉर्ड शोमध्ये डान्स करुन हे कलाकार आपल्या कलेचा आदर करू शकत नाही. याशिवाय हा पुरस्कार सशुल्क पीआरसह दाखवून त्यांना लाज वाटत नाही. हे म्हणजे असं झालं की एखाद्या डेंटिस्टने आपल्या दवाखान्याची जाहिरात करण्यासाठी त्याचेच घाणेरडे दात दाखवले."
