काल माजी मुंबई पोलिस आयुक्त परमबीर सिंह यांनी अनिल देशमुखांची सीबीआय चौकशी करण्याबाबत सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे त्यापाठोपाठ संजय पांडे देखील रजनीश सेठ यांच्या बदलीला न्यायालयात आव्हान करत आहेत.
सेवा ज्येष्ठतेला डावलून महाराष्ट्र पोलिस महासंचालक पदी नियुक्त झालेल्या रजनीश सेठ यांच्या बदलीला आव्हान देण्यासाठी आयपीएस अधिकारी संजय पांडे देखील न्यायालयात धाव घेणार आहेत. आज किंवा उद्या ते याचिका दाखल करणार आहेत.
