मणिपूर मध्ये दोन महिन्यांपूर्वी काही पुरूषांनी 2 महिलांना विवस्त्र करून त्यांची धिंड काढत सामुहिक अत्याचार केल्याचा प्रकार समोर आला आहे. त्याचा व्हिडिओ देखील सोशल मीडीयामध्ये वायरल झाला आहे. या क्रूर आणि संतापजनक घटनेची दाखल घेत National Commission for Women ने Twitter च्या Public Policy प्रमुखांना हा व्हिडिओ हटवण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. ही घटना घृणास्पद आणि आहे. यामध्ये महिलांची ओळख स्पष्ट होत आहे जो दंडनीय गुन्हा आहे. दरम्यान आज भारत सरकारनेही ट्वीटरसह अन्य सोशल मीडीया प्लॅटफॉर्मला व्हिडिओ हटवण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत.
