ज्येष्ठ अभिनेत्री, लावणी कलावंत मधू कांबीकर यांचे पुण्यात निधन; वयाच्या 73 व्या वर्षी अखेरचा श्वास

मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीतील ज्येष्ठ अभिनेत्री आणि लावणी कलावंत मधू कांबीकर यांचे सोमवारी, १२ ऑक्टोबर रोजी पुण्यात निधन झाले. त्या ७३ वर्षांच्या होत्या. गेली अनेक वर्षे त्या आजारी होत्या आणि अंथरुणाला खिळून होत्या. त्यांच्या सुनेने निधनाच्या वृत्ताला दुजोरा दिला आहे. २०१६ मध्ये रंगमंचावर लावणी सादर केल्यानंतर त्यांची प्रकृती अचानक बिघडली होती. त्यानंतर त्यांना पक्षाघाताचा मोठा झटका आला. तेव्हापासून त्या आजारपणाशी झुंज देत होत्या.

कांबीकर यांच्या निधनाने मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टी आणि लोककला क्षेत्रातून शोक व्यक्त होत आहे. लावणीतील सहजता, प्रभावी अभिनय आणि हावभाव यांमुळे त्यांना महाराष्ट्रभर ओळख मिळाली होती.
