हैदराबादच्या तप्पाचबुतरा (Tappachabutra) येथे भटक्या कुत्र्याच्या हल्ल्यात एक लहान मुलगा गंभीर जखमी झाला आहे. शुक्रवारी, 8 सप्टेंबर रोजी ही घटना घडली. सध्या या घटनेचा धक्कादायक व्हिडिओ सोशल मिडियावर व्हायरल होत आहे. व्हिडिओमध्ये दिसत आहे की, एक लहान मूल रस्त्यावरून चालत आहे. यावेळी हातात धरलेल्या खेळण्याशी खेळण्यात तो मग्न आहे. अचानक रस्ता ओलांडणारा कुत्रा या मुलावर हल्ला करतो. त्यानंतर मुलगा जमिनीवर कोसळतो मात्र तरीही कुत्रा त्याला सोडत नाही. सुदैवाने, जवळची एक महिला मुलाच्या बचावासाठी येते, मात्र कुत्रा महिलेवरही हल्ला करतो. त्याच वेळी रस्त्यावरून जाणारी एक व्यक्ती कुत्र्याला दगडाने पळवून लावते. या हल्ल्यात मुलगा इतका जखमी झाला आहे की, अहवालानुसार, मुलावर शस्त्रक्रिया करावी लागेल, ज्यासाठी त्याच्या पालकांना 3 लाख रुपये खर्च आहे.
