एका डच पुरुषाला त्याच्या जोडीदाराच्या संमतीशिवाय सेक्स करताना कंडोम काढल्याबद्दल दोषी ठरवण्यात आले आहे. हा खटला नेदरलँडमध्ये अशा प्रकारची पहिलीच गुन्हेगारी चाचणी असल्याचे सांगितले जाते. डोरड्रेच जिल्हा न्यायालयाने त्या व्यक्तीला Stealthing साठी दोषी ठरवले असताना, न्यायालयाने संभोग सहमती असल्याचे निरीक्षण केल्यामुळे बलात्काराच्या आरोपातून त्याची निर्दोष मुक्तता करण्यात आली.
