Birmingham CWG 2022: बर्मिंगहॅम येथे या वर्षी जुलै-ऑगस्टमध्ये होणाऱ्या राष्ट्रकुल स्पर्धेसाठी भारतीय टेबल टेनिस संघाची घोषणा करण्यात आली आहे. यात दिया चितळेचा समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. राष्ट्रकुल स्पर्धेसाठी भारतीय संघात स्थान न मिळाल्याने दियाने उच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. पुरुष संघात कोणताही बदल झालेला नाही.
भारताची टेबल टेनिस (Table Tennis) स्टार दिया चितळे (Diya Chitale) हिला तिला बर्मिंगहॅममधील स्पर्धेसाठी (Birmingham Games) संघात समाविष्ट करण्यात आले आहे. चितळेने 7 जून रोजी कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्सच्या संघातून वगळल्यानंतर नवी दिल्लीतील उच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती. अर्चना कामथच्या जागी या तरुणीनीची निवड करण्यात आली.
