आयसीसी वनडे विश्वचषकाच्या (ICC Cricket World Cup 2023) महायुद्धाला आजपासून अहमदाबादच्या रणांगणात सुरुवात होत आहे. गतविजेत्या इंग्लंड आणि गतवेळच्या उपविजेत्या न्यूझीलंड (ENG vs NZ) संघांमधल्या लढाईनं या महायुद्धाची ठिणगी पडणार आहे. अहमदाबाद येथील नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडिअमवर सलामीचा सामना होणार आहे. दुपारी दोन वाजता सामन्याला सुरुवात होणार आहे. विश्वचषकाच्या या सामन्याकडे सर्वांच्या नजरा लागल्या आहेत. या दरम्यान बीसीआय सचिव जय शाह यांनी मोठी घोषणा केली आहे त्यांनी ट्वीट करुन सांगितले आहे की, "मला हे जाहीर करताना अभिमान वाटतो की आम्ही भारतभरातील स्टेडियममध्ये प्रेक्षकांसाठी मोफत पेयजलचे पॅकेज उपलब्ध करून देत आहोत. हायड्रेटेड रहा आणि खेळांचा आनंद घ्या!"
