Ex-Mumbai Cop Pradeep Sharma ला सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडून दिलासा; Antilia bomb scare case, Mansukh Hiran हत्या प्रकरणात जामीन मंजूर
प्रदीप शर्मा यांना जून 2021 मध्ये अटक करण्यात आली होती. त्यानंतर आज सर्वोच्च न्यायलयाने प्रदीप शर्मा यांना जामीन मंजूर केला अअहे.
काही वर्षांपूर्वी मुंबई मध्ये मनसुख हिरेन या व्यावसायिकाच्या हत्या प्रकरणी आणि अंबानींच्या निवासस्थानाखाली गाडीत स्फोटकं सापडल्याने अनेक बडे पोलिस अधिकारी जेलमध्ये गेले आहेत. त्यापैकी एक प्रदीप शर्मा होते. प्रदीप शर्मा यांची ओळख एन्काऊंटर स्पेशलिस्ट आहे. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या याचिकेला आव्हान त्यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात दिले होते. आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडून प्रदीप शर्मा यांना जामीन मंजूर करण्यात आला आहे. जून 2021 पासून ते कोठडीत आहेत.
