महाराष्ट्र काँग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष नाना पटोले म्हणतात, "...भगवान रामाच्या नावात 'आर' आहे आणि राहुल गांधींच्या नावातही 'आर' आहे. हा योगायोग आहे पण आम्ही भगवान रामाची तुलना राहुल गांधींशी करत नाही. भाजप त्यांच्या नेत्यांसाठी नेहमीच अशी तुलना करते.
