मुंबई क्रूज ड्रग प्रकरणात एनसीबीने केलेल्या अटक प्रकरणात न्यायालयीन कोठडी मिळालेल्या अरबाज मर्चंट याचा जामीन अर्ज न्यायालयाने आज फेटाळून लावला. अरबाज मर्चंट याच्या वकीलाने सांगितले की, या प्रकरणात आम्ही मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात जामीन अर्ज दाखल करण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहोत.
मुंबई क्रूज ड्रग प्रकरणात एनसीबीने केलेल्या अटक प्रकरणात न्यायालयीन कोठडी मिळालेल्या अरबाज मर्चंट याचा जामीन अर्ज न्यायालयाने आज फेटाळून लावला. अरबाज मर्चंट याच्या वकीलाने सांगितले की, या प्रकरणात आम्ही मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात जामीन अर्ज दाखल करण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहोत. या प्रकरणाती इतर दोघेही आज उच्च न्यायालयात जामीन अर्ज दाखल करण्याची शक्यता आहे.
