शिवसेना नेते Anandrao Adsul यांना दिलासा देण्यास Bombay High Court कडून नकार
आनंदराव अडसूळ यांच्यावर सिटी बँकेत 900 कोटी रुपये भ्रष्टाचार केल्याचा आरोप आहे. याप्रकरणीच काही दिवसांपूर्वी ईडी त्यांच्या घरी चौकशीसाठी दाखल झाले असताना त्यांची प्रकृती बिघडली आणि ते आता मुंबईत एका रूग्णालयात उपचार घेत आहेत.
सध्या ईडीच्या रडार वर असलेल्या शिवसेना नेते आणि माजी खासदार आनंदराव अडसूळ यांना दिलासा देण्यास मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने नकार दिला आहे. मनी लॉडरिंग प्रकरणामध्ये ईडी कडून पाठवण्यात आलेला समन्स खारीज करण्याची मागणी त्यांनी याचिकेद्वारा केली होती. आता या प्रकरणी पुढील सुनावणी 8 ऑक्टोबरला आहे.
