मनिषा कायंदे यांनी परळच्या महर्षी दयानंद महाविद्यालयात प्राध्यापिका म्हणून काम पाहिलं आहे. 11 वर्ष मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या शिक्षण समिती सदस्य म्हणून त्यांनी काम पाहिलं आहे.
आमदार मनीषा कायंदे यांनी शिवसेनेत आज प्रवेश केला आहे. मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या उपस्थितीत त्यांनी शिवसेनेत प्रवेश केला आहे. शिवसेनेत प्रवेश केल्यानंतर कायंदे म्हणल्या आहेत की, मुख्यमंत्री यांनी अधिकृत शिवसेनेत प्रवेश दिला अभर मानले. या पुढे काम करत राहणार. 2019 साली मी सेनेत आले. मी पक्षाची भूमिका भक्कम पणे मांडली.
