Rahul Gandhi: राहुल गांधींचे संसद सदस्यत्व बहाल, लोकसभा सचिवालयाकडून अधिसूचना जारी
मोदी आडनावावरुन राहुल गांधी यांनी केलेल्या टिप्पणीवरुन सुरत कोर्टाने त्यांना दोषी ठरवल्यावर त्यांची खासदारकी रद्द करण्यात आली होती.
वायनाडचे खासदार (Wayanad MP ) आणि काँग्रेसचे नेते राहुल गांधी (Rahul Gandhi) यांना पुन्हा एकदा त्यांची खासदारकी (Loksabha MP) बहाल करण्यात आली आहे. लोकसभा सचिवालयाकडून (Lok Sabha Secretariat ) या बाबत एक अध्यादेश काढण्यात आला आहे. यामध्ये राहुल गांधी यांची खासदारकी रद्द केल्याचा निर्णय मागे घेण्यात आला आहे. मोदी आडनावावरुन राहुल गांधी यांनी केलेल्या टिप्पणीवरुन सुरत कोर्टाने त्यांना दोषी ठरवल्यावर त्यांची खासदारकी रद्द करण्यात आली होती. पंरतू सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने (Supreme Court ) शिक्षेला स्थगिती दिल्यावर हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.
