Chingari Lays Offs: 'चिंगारी' मध्ये 20% कर्मचार्यांना नारळ; Organizational Restructuring साठी नोकरकपात
Chingari हे भारतीय बनावटीचं लोकप्रिय शॉर्ट व्हिडीओ अॅप आहे. चिंगारीचे सह-संस्थापक आदित्य कोठारी यांनी या वर्षी मे महिन्यात कंपनी सोडली होती.
Chingari मध्ये 20% कर्मचार्यांना नारळ देण्यात आला आहे. Organizational Restructuring साठी नोकरकपात करण्यात आल्याची माहिती देण्यात आली आहे. तसेच अलीकडील इक्विटी गुंतवणूक आणि विस्तार योजनांना अनुसरून हे पाऊल उचलण्यात आले आहे. असेही सांगण्यात आले आहे.स्टार्टअपने कामावरून काढलेल्या लोकांची संख्या उघड केली नाही, परंतु रिपोर्ट्स नुसार, कंपनीकडे सुमारे 250 कर्मचारी आहेत, अंदाजे 50 लोकांना प्रभावित होण्याची अपेक्षा आहे. चिंगारीचे सह-संस्थापक आदित्य कोठारी यांनी या वर्षी मे महिन्यात कंपनी सोडली होती.
