विश्वचषक 2023 चा 21 वा सामना टीम इंडिया आणि न्यूझीलंड (IND vs NZ) यांच्यात धर्मशाला येथे खेळला गेला. या रोमांचक सामन्यात टीम इंडियाने 20 वर्षांनंतर आयसीसी टूर्नामेंटमध्ये न्यूझीलंडचा पराभव केला आहे. टीम इंडियाने या सामन्यात चार विकेट्सने धुव्वा उडवला. या सामन्यादरम्यान 23 हजार प्रेक्षक उपस्थित होते. यावेळी सर्वांनी एकत्र वंदे मातरमचे गायन केले.
