Dhoni Defamation Case: मानहानीची याचिका कायम ठेवण्या योग्य नाही, धोनीचा न्यायालयात दावा
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात महेंद्रसिंग धोनी विरोधात त्याचा माजी भागीदार मिहीर दिवाकर आणि त्याची पत्नी सौम्या दास यांनी ही मानहानीची याचिका दाखल केली.
भारतीय क्रिकेट संघाचा माजी कर्णधार महेंद्रसिंग धोनी (MS Dhoni) याच्याविरोधात मानहानीची याचिका (Defamation plea) दाखल करण्यात आली आहे. दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात (Delhi High Court) महेंद्रसिंग धोनी विरोधात त्याचा माजी भागीदार मिहीर दिवाकर आणि त्याची पत्नी सौम्या दास यांनी ही मानहानीची याचिका दाखल केली. एमएस धोनीने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात दोन माजी व्यावसायिक भागीदारांनी दाखल केलेली मानहानीची याचिका कायम ठेवण्यायोग्य नसल्याचे सांगितले.
