नगरविकासमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्याबद्दल सोशल मीडियावर आक्षेपार्ह वक्तव्य केल्याच्या आरोपाखाली ठाणे येथील श्रीनगर पोलिसांनी मराठी कलाकार मयुरेश कोतकर यांना अटक केली. कोतकर यांना न्यायालयीन कोठडी सुनावण्यात आली आहे. शिवसैनिकांनी केलेल्या तक्रारीवरुन कारवाई करत पोलिसांनी कोतकर यांना अटक केली.
