Maharashtra Political Crisis: 16 आमदार अपात्रता प्रकरणी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर यांना सुप्रीम कोर्टाची नोटीस
एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या नेतृत्त्वाखाली शिवसेना पक्षामध्ये फूट पडली होती. त्यानंतर उद्धव ठाकरे गटाने 16 आमादारांविरूद्ध अपात्रतेची कारवाई केली आहे.
16 आमदार अपात्रता प्रकरणी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर यांना सुप्रीम कोर्टाने नोटीस बजावली आहे. महाराष्ट्रात वर्षभरापूर्वी झालेल्या राजकीय घडामोडी आणि सत्तांतरानंतर उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी 16 आमदारांविरूद्द अपात्रतेची मागणी केली आहे. कोर्टाने हा निर्णय विधानसभा अध्यक्षांकडे दिला आहे. 11 मे ला निकाल लागून 3 महिने झाले तरी अध्यक्षांनी निकाल दिला नसल्याने ठाकरे गट न्यायालयात गेले होते. त्यावर आज सुनावणी दरम्यान पुढील 2 आठवड्यात कोर्टाला उत्तर देण्याचे आदेश सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आज दिले आहेत.
