मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने पुण्याच्या माजी सीपी रश्मी शुक्ला यांना 25 मार्चपर्यंत अटकेपासून दिलासा दिला आहे. तसेच त्यांनी कोर्टात याचिका दाखल करून तिच्याविरुद्ध दाखल केलेला एफआयआर रद्द करण्याची मागणी केली आहे. पुण्यातील बंड गार्डन पीएस येथे तिच्यावर फोन टॅपिंगचा गुन्हा दाखल आहे.
