मान्सून महाराष्ट्राच्या उंबरठ्यावर असताना आता राज्यात अनेक ठिकाणी पावसाच्या सरी बरसत आहेत. मुंबई मध्येही काल पासून मान्सूनपूर्व सरी बरसण्यासाठी सुरूवात झाली आहे. यामध्ये आज हवामान विभागाकडून मुंबई शहराला यलो अलर्ट देण्यात आला आहे. सध्या हवामान विभागाच्या अंदाजानुसार शहरात 80% जोरदार सरी बरसतील असा अंदाज आहे. सध्या अधून मधून मान्सून पूर्व  सरी कोसळत असल्याने काही काळ उष्णतेपासून सामान्यांना दिलासा मिळत आहे.
