विमान कंपनीने येथील विमानतळ पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये तक्रार दाखल केली होती,
मुंबई पोलिसांनी (Mumbai Police) गुजरातमधील 12 वीच्या विद्यार्थ्याला अटक केली आहे ज्याने कथितपणे एक ट्विट पोस्ट केले होते की एअरलाइन अकासा एअरचे विमान "खाली जाईल" ट्विट केल्यानंतर, विमान कंपनीने येथील विमानतळ पोलीस स्टेशनमध्ये तक्रार दाखल केली होती, ज्याच्या आधारे भारतीय दंड संहिता कलम 505 (सार्वजनिक गैरव्यवहारास कारणीभूत असलेले विधान) आणि 506(2) (गुन्हेगारी धमकी) अंतर्गत अज्ञात व्यक्तींविरुद्ध एफआयआर नोंदवण्यात आला होता.
