Mumbai: कांजूरमार्ग येथे एका सोसायटीच्या वॉचमनकडून 11 वर्षीय मुलीचा विनयभंग

कांजूरमार्ग परिसरातील एका निवासी सोसायटीच्या चौकीदाराने एका 11 वर्षीय मुलीचा विनयभंग केल्याची घटना समोर आली आहे. पीडितेच्या विधानाच्या आधारे त्याच्यावर IPC कलम 354 आणि POCSO कायद्यानुसार गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे आणि काल रात्री अटक करण्यात आली. आज त्याला न्यायालयात हजर करण्यात येणार आहे.

Mumbai, Maharashtra: An 11-year-old girl was allegedly molested by the watchman of a residential society in Kanjurmarg area. He has been booked under Sec 354 of IPC and POCSO Act on the basis of her statement, and arrested last night. He will be produced before a court today.
