Money Laundering Case: नवाब मलिक यांच्या जामीन अर्जावर तातडीने सुनावणी घेण्यास मुंबई हायकोर्टाचा नकार
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते आणि महाराष्ट्राचे माजी मंत्री नवाब मलिक यांच्या जामीन अर्जावर तातडीने सुनावणी घेण्यास नकार दिलाआहे. तसेच, या प्रकरणाची सुनावणी 6 जानेवारीपर्यंत पुढे ढकलली आहे. न्यायालयाने ईडीला नवाब मलिक यांच्या प्रकृतीच्या स्थितीबाबत 2 आठवड्यांत उत्तर दाखल करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत.
