ED कार्यालयामध्ये आज अनिल देशमुखांना चौकशीला हजर राहण्याचे आदेश आहेत पण ते येणार नसल्याचं त्यांनी पत्राद्वारा सांगितलं आहे.
Money Laundering Case मध्ये ईडी कारवाई विरूद्ध Anil Deshmukh सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात गेले आहेत. आज ईडी कडून त्यांना तिसरा समंस बजावण्यात आला आहे मात्र त्यांनी आपण हजर राहणार नसल्याचं कोर्टाला सांगितलं आहे.
Series of events has given rise to apprehensions in my mind that neither procedure of law is being followed nor any objective investigations are being carried out. Therefore, I'm approaching Hon’ble Court to ensure that probe is within ambit of the procedure established by law.
