सध्या एकनाथ शिंदेंसह बंडखोर आमदार गुवाहाटीत आहे आणि त्यापैकी 16 जणांवर केलेल्या अपात्रतेच्या कारवाईविरुद्ध शिवसेना विरूद्ध बंडखोर आमदार असा संघर्ष सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात पोहचला आहे.
महाविकास आघाडी अल्पमतात असल्याचं सांगताना शिवसेनेचे बंडखोर नेते एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी पहिल्यांदाच 38 शिवसेना आमदारांनी पाठिंबा काढल्याची माहिती दिली आहे. ही माहिती एकनाथ शिंदेंनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयामध्ये दिलेल्या याचिकेमध्ये दिली आहे. दरम्यान सध्या एकनाथ शिंदेंसह बंडखोर आमदार गुवाहाटीत आहे आणि त्यापैकी 16 जणांवर केलेल्या अपात्रतेच्या कारवाईविरुद्ध शिवसेना विरूद्ध बंडखोर आमदार असा संघर्ष सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात पोहचला आहे.
