NCB Mumbai Zonal director Sameer Wankhede यांनी खोटी कागदपत्र दाखल करून सरकारी नोकरी बळकवल्याचा आरोप मंत्री नवाब मलिक यांचा आहे.
समीर वानखेडेंचे वडील Dnyandev Wankhede यांच्याकडून मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात अॅफिडेव्हिट दाखल करण्यात आले आहे. यामध्ये मंत्री Nawab Malik यांनी contempt of Court केल्याचा दावा त्यांनी केला आहे. कोर्टाने मनाई केली असतानाही त्यांनी वानखेडे कुटुंबाविरूद्ध वक्तव्य केल्याचं त्यांचं मत आहे.
