Rutuja Latke यांच्या बीएमसी कार्यालयातील राजीनामा प्रकरणी याचिकेवर उद्या Bombay High Court मध्ये सुनावणी होणार आहे. आज शिवसेना उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे गटाकडून अनिल परब यांनी केलेल्या दाव्यानुसार, शिंदे गट आणि सरकार कडून त्यांच्यावर दबाव टाकला जात आहे. त्यांनी 2 वेळेस राजीनामा देऊनही अद्याप तो मंजूर झालेला नाही.न्यायमूर्ती नितीन जामदार यांच्या खंडपीठापुढे 13 ऑक्टोबर दिवशी  सकाळी 11 वाजता सुनावणी होणार  आहे.
