Bombay High Court कडून बलात्कार प्रकरणी पीडीतेच्या आईच्या नावाचा याचिकेमध्ये उल्लेख केल्याप्रकरणी 10 हजारांचा दंड ठोठावण्यात आला आहे. दरम्यान बलात्कार प्रकरणाम्ध्ये कोणत्याही माध्यमातून ओळख जाहीर करणं हा गुन्हा आहे. कलम 228A अंतर्गत 2 वर्षापर्यंत तुरूंगवास आणि दंड आकारला जाऊ शकतो.
