महाराष्ट्रातील भाजपचे प्रमुख चंद्रकांत पाटील, पुणे शहराचे महापौर मुरलीधर मोहोळ, भाजपचे शहराध्यक्ष जगदीश मुळीक आणि इतर भाजप कार्यकर्त्यांविरोधात 30 ऑगस्ट रोजी राज्यातील मंदिरे पुन्हा सुरू करण्याच्या मागणीच्या विरोधात कोविड मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांचे उल्लंघन केल्याप्रकरणी गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
