दिल्लीच्या साकेत कोर्टाने श्रद्धा वालकर हत्याप्रकरणी आरोपी Aftab Amin Poonawala वर हत्येचे आरोप निश्चित करण्याचे कोर्टाचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. कलम 302 हत्या आणि 201 पुरावे गायब करण्याचे आरोप त्याच्यावर लावण्याचे कोर्टाचे निर्देश आहेत. आरोपीने मात्र हत्येचे आरोप फेटाळत खटल्याचा दावा केला आहे. यामध्ये आता हे प्रकरण 1 जूनला record prosecution साठी ठेवण्यात आले आहे.
