Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Act, 2023 च्या अन्वये बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट या एका दाखल्यावरच शैक्षणिक संस्थेमध्ये प्रवेश, ड्रायव्हिंग लायसन्स जारी करणं, मतदार यादी तयार करणं, आधार नंबर तयार करणं, लग्नासाठी नोंदणी ते सरकारी नोकरी साठी कामाला येणार आहे. याची अंमलबजावणी 1 ऑक्टोबर पासून होणार आहे. त्याबाबतचे एक पत्रक जारी करण्यात आले आहे.
