राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग (NCW) ने दिल्लीचे पोलीस आयुक्त राकेश अस्थाना यांना हेअरस्टायलिस्ट जावेद हबीब एका महिलेच्या केसांवर कथितपणे थुंकताना दाखवलेल्या व्हायरल व्हिडिओवर पत्र लिहून या प्रकरणात कारवाई करण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे.
