Live-in Relationship-Muslim and Court: इस्लाम विवाहित मुस्लिमांना लिव्ह इन रिलेशनशिपला परवानगी देत नाही: अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय
इस्लामिक विचारधारा विवाहादरम्यान लिव्ह-इन-रिलेशनशिपला परवानगी देत नाहीत असे कोर्टाने म्हटलं आहे.
अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाच्या लखनऊ खंडपीठाने इस्लामचा अनुयायी लिव्ह-इन रिलेशनशिपमध्ये राहू शकत नाही, विशेषत: जर त्याचा जोडीदार जिवंत असेल, असे म्हटले आहे. “इस्लामिक विचारधारा विवाहादरम्यान लिव्ह-इन-रिलेशनशिपला परवानगी देत नाहीत. जर दोन व्यक्ती अविवाहित असतील आणि ते प्रौढ असतील तर त्यांचे जीवन त्यांच्या स्वत: च्या मार्गाने जगणे निवडले तर स्थिती वेगळी असू शकते,” असे खंडपीठाने म्हटले आहे.
