सध्या विधानसभा निवडणुकांची मतमोजणी सुरु आहे. अशात अनेक ठिकाणाहून विजयी पक्षांचे कार्यकर्ते विजय साजरा करताना दिसत आहेत. याची ईसीआयने गंभीरपणे दखल घेतली आहे. आयोगाने सर्व 5 राज्यांच्या मुख्य सचिवांना अशा प्रत्येक प्रकरणात एफआयआर दाखल करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. तसेच संबंधित एसएचओला निलंबित करावे आणि अशा प्रत्येक घटनेवर त्वरित कारवाईची नोंद करावी असे सांगितले आहे.
