केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्र्यालयाकडून भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्थेचा आढावा घेत दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, देशामध्ये 1.14 लाख स्टार्टअप्स मधून 12 लाख नोकर्यांची संधी निर्माण झाली आहे. हे भारत सरकारच्या 'स्टार्ट अप इंडिया' चं यश असल्याची भावना त्यांनी बोलून दाखवली आहे. ‘The Indian Economy: A Review January 2024’, मध्ये Department of Economic Affairs ने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, ‘स्टार्टअप इंडिया उपक्रम’ अंतर्गत सरकारने मान्यता दिलेल्या 1.14 लाख स्टार्टअप्सनी 12 लाखांहून अधिक नोकऱ्या निर्माण केल्या आहेत. ही आकडेवारी ऑक्टोबर 2023 पर्यंतची आहे.
