सध्या सोशल मिडियावर एक व्हिडीओ व्हायरल होत आहे, ज्यामध्ये दावा करण्यात आला आहे की, गुगल पे (GooglePay) ला आरबीआयने (RBI) नॅशनल पेमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (NPCI) अंतर्गत पेमेंट सिस्टम म्हणून अधिकृत केले नाही. या व्हायरल संदेशाची पीआयबीने तपासणी केली असत, हा दावा खोटा असल्याचे आढळले आहे. पीआयबी फॅक्ट चेक टीमने केलेल्या तथ्य तपासणीनुसार, Google Pay हे NPCI अंतर्गत अधिकृत UPI पेमेंट सेवा प्रदाता आहे.
